Michael T. Franz is a Partner in the Litigation Practice Group and his areas of focus include: Real Estate Litigation, Condominium Law, Toxic Tort, Employment Litigation, Insurance Coverage, Occupational Disease, Products Liability and Railroad Law.

Mr. Franz focuses his practice in business litigation and condominium law, and has extensive trial and arbitration experience in toxic/mass torts and transportation law, including personal injury defense, wrongful death and products liability litigation.

Prior to joining Sanchez Daniels & Hoffman, Mr. Franz gained extensive experience in commercial litigation, insurance coverage and products liability defense at Freeborn & Peters. In addition, he initially prosecuted and later defended, arson, consumer fraud and warranty law actions.
