Mr. Sullivan has been involved in the defense of a wide variety of toxic tort cases for 20 years, including, single plaintiff and multi plaintiff claims arising from alleged exposure to asbestos, mold, benzene, PCB's and an assortment of other hazardous substances. He has tried 16 asbestos cases to verdict (nine defense verdicts) and has represented various defendants, including, energy companies, premises owners, real estate professionals, construction companies and manufacturers of friction material, wire and cable, packing and gaskets, heat treatment equipment and component part manufacturers.
