On December 20, 2013, John Huntley and Renee Ziolkowski won an appeal to the First District Appellate Court affirming the dismissal of a minor defendant in a Wrongful Death action including complex issues of Civil Conspiracy and preemption of civil liability by the Illinois Dram Shop Act.
